Our agile team of subject matter experts is certified in coaching, instructional design, change management and a wealth of psychometric assessments.

Offsite Action's three step, signature framework allows us to customize every offsite and retreat to align with you and your company’s goals.Once you decide to partner with Offsite Action, we will design, deliver and debrief an offsite or retreat for your team or board, virtually or across the globe. We primarily help leaders who want to transform engagement, increase organizational effectiveness and deepen impact through their team, board or company.

We only work with leaders who are prepared to invest in team development. Half day offsites start at $5,000 and our full day offsites start at $10,000. Travel and assessment costs, if required, are billed separately. If your organization is a 501c3 not for profit organization, please contact us directly for our nonprofit organization discount.
